As dean of the Tagliatela College of Engineering, I would like thank the 394 donors who made a gift to the College during The Jeffery Hazell ’83 “Count Me In” Participation Challenge. Together, we raised over $37,000! This support will have a profound impact on the Tagliatela College of Engineering.

I would also like to congratulate Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts for winning the challenge and the $50,000 prize that was generously donated by UNH Board of Governors member Jeffery Hazell ’83. In total, more than $400,000 was raised by UNH’s five colleges and nearly 2,600 donors contributed throughout the Challenge.

Once again, I would like to thank you for choosing to support the Tagliatela College of Engineering. We are most grateful for your generosity.

Ada, the Cyber Security Education Robot, has been encouraging students, faculty, staff, alumni and parents to support the Tagliatela College of Engineering as part of The Jeffery Hazell ’83 “Count Me In” Participation Challenge. Thank you for your gift!

Only a few days to go until the winning College is awarded $50,000 at Homecoming (Saturday, October 24). Donations can be made online until Friday, October 23 at 4:30 p.m. or at Homecoming until noon. PLEASE help us spread the word. We are currently in 2nd place.

Only 3 more days are left for the Jeff Hazell Challenge to conclude and the Colleges are sprinting to the finish line. After leading for over a week, TCoE is currently lagging behind the Lyme Academy by 6%. The Lee College is closing in and is only 2% behind us. At this point we need at least 17 donators to overtake the Lyme Academy. It’s time to shed all inhibitions and reach out to friends and family to help us win the $50,000.  $50,000!  We can do a lot for our students with that!!
